Virginia W. Connelly

Virginia Connelly was born at Fort Dix,
New Jersey, and was raised in
Fairfax County, Virginia. She was admitted to the
Massachusetts Bar in 1997 and is also a member of the United States
District Court of Massachusetts. Ms. Connelly attended Virginia Tech in
Blacksburg, Virginia (B.A. 1993) and Suffolk University Law School in
Boston, Massachusetts (J.D., cum laude, 1997). Prior to joining
Fedele and Murray, P.C., Ms. Connelly practiced in areas of business
litigation and insurance defense in
Boston. Currently, Ms. Connelly's practice
primarily focuses in civil litigation and family law. She
represents clients in matters including personal injury, wrongful death,
contract disputes, premises liability, landlord/tenant disputes and
employment disputes. Ms. Connelly
also devotes approximately one-half of her practice to matters including
divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support and other family
law and probate matters. Her
compassion and resolve for representing clients in challenging and
evolving areas of family law is reflected in the recent October 31, 2009
article in the Wall Street Journal,
"The New Art of Alimony" by J. Levitz.
Ms. Connelly represents clients both in federal and state courts, as
well as before state and federal administrative agencies including the
Massachusetts State Ethics Commission, Massachusetts Commission Against
Discrimination (MCAD), Massachusetts Division of Unemployment Assistance
and the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).
